If there was an option to give zero star I definitely would. This medical surgery is ridiculous- to call and make an appointment for patients who have a history of cancer and are scared and worried you would need to call at 8am on the dot to get an appointment and if you pass 9am you have to call the next day! Everyday is the same thing!!! How are you helping patients is my question because you clearly are NOT! I moved from my previous medical surgery because heard these guys are good but they are NOT! I am not impressed and I will be moving! You guys really need to sort your receptionists customer service- spend some money on training them how to actually care for patients on the phone rather than sounding like automated machines you need to call at 8am to get an appointment on the day!!!!

Useless calling or Cant book an appointment. you would need to call at 8am on the dot to get an appointment and if you pass 9 am you have to call the next day.

I am happy with this service. Staff is really friendly and all GPs are helpful.

I wanted to ask my blood test results, XRY results, another two urine results, Three times staff said we booked your appointment and doctor will call you, but I kept my phone with me at work Three days, but no one doctor call me, I'm fed up now, really bad service.

Im not so sure where to begin with this. I suffer from very bad anxiety and I am not confident when speaking with a large group of people. When I came in the other day to try and register as a new patient I had asked a few questions about how the appointment system works but the girl started laughing at me. I know I have a very strange way of speaking due to my anxiety but to not be treated as human being just made me feel really upset. Based off of this experience I have found the surgery to be very intimidating and not comfortable to register with. I just hope other patients are not going through the same thing I have as they may be going through bigger issues than I am.
