I would highly recommend Poonam Estates. They have been a pleasure to deal with especially Mitter. From the initial instruction to the completion it was to easy to communicate with them. They were readily available to update me throughout the process.

Very bed experience with them simply because they are Hiding the facts while selling properties. I've lost my solicitor fees because sellers solicitor was not providing required information. Deliberately delayed by the sellers solicitor and waited for 6 Months and finally, nothing happened. Estate agent was just playing back and forth constantly. Also, property photos on Zoopla was not matching actual property condition at all. Not happy with this agency and I would recommend others Not to deal with them.

I am really thankful to Poonams Estates for selling my property. Especially Mitter who was working with me and the solicitors to get the sale through due to several delays. Also a thanks to Kamaljit for working with the council to get some issues rectified that were causing delays. Very grateful!

Poonam Estate agents recently helped with the sale of a family home owned since the 1960's. Kamaljit and Mitter were very sensitive in how they dealt with the sale making sure we got the best value and resolving any issues that arose. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional and personal service.
