70 Norwood Road Surgery - Southall Medical Centre

I submitted new patient registration form along with all other requested documents 23 days ago, was told by reception staff that they will be in touch within 10 days, i went to this surgery yesterday 24,11,22 to find out my status only to be told that they have no record of my registration then i was told to fill out the form again, i refused this option because i had already submitted all that i was asked for, this behaviour suggests they did nothing or lost my application which only adds to my problems, disgusting performance i am very disappointed.

Very bad I have called 3 different times over the period of 11 days to have an appointment havent neither I was given any idea of time an date on which I should expect. Worst GP ever I am planning to look for other Gp
