Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Southall

Used Enterprise Car hire in Southall when my own car needed to go in for repairs. They arranged to pick me up from my repair centre and bring me to their offices. As a like-for-like car for my BMW X5 wasn't available until the afternoon, they gave me another car to use, so I could get home, and then delivered a Mercedes GLE to my house later in the day. When the hire was over they even sent someone around to the house to pick up the car from my house. Excellent service, as well as being courteous and efficient.

These people really scammer. If you deal with them please get your card details changed after the service. We hired a car from them through a insurance. First of they charged us for 2 days then as apologised they refund 32 then a month later on they again took money from bank 35. Its just hassle and discuss with them every time. We have so many other things to do. I think enterprise Southall should shut down as they scammers.

Awful experience, rented a minibus it hadnt been cleaned (had mud on headrest & more) it had a faulty tyre pressure sensor making me pull over multiple times to check all tyre pressure. There was 2 spare tyres a full and a space saver which indicated they swapped one of the tyres and didnt put on the sensor properly and kept two spares in the back. I then couldnt load 9 suitcases because of the additional spare tyre in the boot. When I called the branch manageress was very defensive and showed no empathy. When I asked to complain via head office email to send them pictures they wanted to give me a member of staffs email. I reiterated twice head office, they chose to then give me their private branch email instead. This was confirmed via the Enteprise customer service team.

I really had poor experience with this company. I was using their courtesy car through my insurance company. I got my own car back on friday evening then I got call from my insurance company that Enterprise Southall Branch will contact u and take their car back. So they rang me on Saturday morning and i was at work i couldn't pick up call. When I rang them back they were closed at 1200. Afterwards they contacted me monday (today) morning. And took the car. They had my BANK card details and they took 126 without notify me for extra two days. These people are really scammer. Think before you share bank details with them. Now I have contacted my insurance company. Its just extra hassle which they have given me for sake for business.
