From start to finish Rocky and his team at Martin West have been the perfect supplier. Responsive, charming and genuine craftsman. Im so so happy with my wardrobes, they look stunning, fit the space perfectly and Im confident that if required the aftercare is just a call away. On install day the fitters were polite, clean and barely stopped for coffee. They were also very accommodating to my very inquisitive 4 year old!! Having researched into wardrobe fitters I stumbled across Martin West Creations, I already decided against using sharps after our previous experience. I messaged Martin through the website and arranged a telephone / video call within a few days. We came up with a rough plan and an estimated quote. About a week later Martin came over to measure up the room and go through our options. I was most pleased that everything we wanted was made possible with a few minor modifications, this is where they stand out to sharps who would have just said no! Martin emailed back within a day or 2 with am ammended quote as we wanted to upgrade a few items within the wardrobes, we were happy with the price for the quality of materials. It was approximately a month from paying the deposit to having the fitters over. Although the job took a bit longer than we anticipated with a minor adjustment due to the shape of the room all the fitters worked very hard and stayed to 7pm on the last day to try and finish the job, ive never experienced a company working as hard as they all did. Unfortunately the snow prevented the fitters to finish off the job. Martin was great and tried to fit us in ASAP but with Christmas break and work it wasn't possible. He was very apologetic and we then arranged a date in early Jan to finish. The wardrobes are great quality and work really well in awkward angles, I'd highly recommend using Martin West Creations for any wardrobes. Service: Closet design
