I used AV construction for a loft and a bathroom replacement in Feb 2016 - he was easy to reach, made time to visit us in the early evenings to discuss the options and kept us in touch with progress as the project moved along. I'd have no hesitation in recommending his work to others - the trades people he brought along with him were trustworthy and competent, and cleared up correctly after themselves. Absolute cowboy builders and would not recommend to anyone. Never completed any work on time, constantly said he would do jobs in a procrastinated manner, delaying until the next day, and yes, the next day never came. We have been forced to move into a home with no heating, no hot water, not even the gas cooker was connected. To think there are builders out there with his mentality saddens me. I am leaving this review so others aren't stung by the moronic attitude these guys show people. We have had many materials disappear, as he was constantly working on other jobs too. One time we caught them red handed, and then they had to put pipes etc back. Their decorative skills are pathetic, I only wish I could show pictures of their horrendous work. Please don't fall foul of these clowns. we have been forced to fork out to change all the door locks as he took the whole set of back door keys and one front door key and now won't answer our calls. Save yourself the time and hassle.
