I don't like leaving bad reviews but feel I should so others don't have the experience I had. I received an incorrect order and so requested a full refund. 7 weeks later still haven't had anyone collect the clothes or issue the refund.

They don't bother replying to emails giving them new orders. Shame. Oh well, will pass the business elsewhere.

What a waste of time! No one calls back and when they did finally decide to quote us, they had decided to use higher quality products so from my initial online inquiry the price had doubled with no explantation why? They clearly dont need the business because they are happily ripping others off in order to survive. People you speak to sound half asleep, not interested and didnt even seem to be taking any details down. No one knows whose respoible for what because they just pass the messages back and forth between them with nothing actually being resolved. Colin just seems to jump in and out of conservations to make them feel like they are passing you on to someone higher. My advice is dont waste your time and money, choose anyone, but these cowboys.... Needless to say I have got an order from a more reputable company, cheaper, good quality and fast and professional turnaround. Seems very strange that this company is either 5star or 1star and nothing in between. Just wondering if the 1star is honest recommendations , and if the 5star are self done in house?
