I am not sure about this company. Weeere sent guy named Eric Lawson to give us quote. He gave the quote and was happy to start the work few days later. He came then said he need deposit we contacted the owner of HSB and confirmed its ok to give him money so I transferred the money to Eric's bank account. I was stupid enough to give the deposit on faith. The account name Eric have me wAs not on his name. I didn't think anything of it at the time. Since that day he's been full of excuses I will come today tomorrow. Been nearly 2 months and not received the deposit back. So hAd to pass this info to trading standards and action fraud. Few weeks later owner of this company agreed to carry out the work at half the cost and he never bothered to turn up either .I have sent this company's details to BBC rogue traders .I really hope hbs and Eric both get the chance to appear on rogue traders . This company is part of con. Never trust anyone from this company. Frustrated person after losing money which I kept to get the work done.
