I am very disappointed with this practice. I never need the doctor and rarely i go to disturb them and in 5 years that i ve been to this gp i probably went 10 times in total including vaccines. Now i am looking to change gps because i don't feel that i can count on them when i could be most vulnerable and ill. That sais alot from a place that supposed to provide care for the ill

Such poor reception staff, I honestly don't know where they come from, lack of communication and training. They do not have any respect for the patients. I have called 5 times just to get a sick note and all there has been is a lack of communication and admin error. They sent me an email but with no sick note attached. I can't Street the lack of help from the reception staff enough.

Absolutely horrendous service. If I could I would give this surgery 0 stars. I have been at this surgery alongside my whole family for over 30 years. To put into perspective since Dr Kennedy and Dr Davis. They were and will always be the best doctors this surgery has ever had. Ever since the unfortunate take over of Dr Asghar this surgery and its services have dropped drastically. The receptionists are extremely rude and disrespectful, there is not a professional bone in their body. It is worrying to think that these doctors and this institution is our first point of contact for our health and well-being. We are always seen by local doctors, I havent seen my registered GP for over four years. We are told that we cannot use abusive language towards the staff however their own negligence and unprofessional service seems to go unnoticed here. I am appalled that nothing seems to be done about this and from all the similar reviews it goes to show our concerns are not heard. It is getting to a stage where the ombudsman and CQC may need to get involved. Because such individuals cannot be responsible for our health and well-being. It seems as though nothing we say is taken seriously.

The young doctor does not listen to the patient. He doesn't talk to him, he treats the patient as if the patient is a shadow. I have a fever for two months 38-39 degrees. This doctor downplayed it. The first time he said - please leave the clinic, because you probably have corona virus. He didn't listen when I said I didn't because I took a test yesterday and it was negative. The next time I said I had diarrhea and abdominal pain, he completely ignored it, said I probably had TB and sent for blood tests. I asked him twice for blood pressure pills because the gp was monitoring my blood pressure and someone in the gp told me to come get my high blood pressure pills. The young doctor didn't even want to talk about it. He is a man devoid of empathy and should not be a doctor, because he does not help and harms people. I am changing GP.
