Dr P J S Sandhu - Hammond Road Surgery

An insult to the medical field. A walking violation of the hippocratic oath. This establishment has failed its community and most importantly, has failed to continue the legacy of the much respected Dr. P. J. Sandhu. The current GPs are complete delinquents that lack empathy and any initiative. If you value your life and have some self respect, avoid this shack at all costs!

This surgery needs to be investigated for Malpractice. The receptionist are extremely rude and absurd. Doctors are never available and neglect vulnerable patients. Repeat prescriptions are not processed correctly and patients are left without medication I would advise patients to record and log interactions with this surgery and report malpractice. I would also recommend to take complaints to the health service ombudsman.

5 stars for service, staff (even the intern), reception, speed and resolutions. I recently moved to Southall and registered with this GP. The registration went seamlessly smooth, the regular communication trough texts has worked wonderfully. I called today 10AM to book appointments for me (health check) and my son (vaccination) and they answered immediately and booked me for 14PM same day and my sons vaccination in two days. The quickest service Ive ever gotten! In addition to my regular health check, they rapidly took care of my sons asthma problem on the spot, Dr Sandhu was available and helped out with the right medication. Every single one in Hammond Road Surgery was so helpful and attentive to the wellbeing of me and my son. Will look forward to returning here!
