Worse staff I have seen here this gp is very low quality service even there is a lady at reception who don't listen patient and behave like a Dr. She's very rude in nature she doesn't have sense of speaking with patient.

Recently My father had an appointment at 3.00 and they send a text message at 12.00 that the appointment is rescheduled at 1.30. He went 1.30 and they said its a system error and you should come back at 3.00 , he had to go all the way back and forth to it and this made him reach back at 3.05 and this made him really stressed and they said they will not see him at his appointment as he is 5 mins late but that wasnt his fault, he is 76 years old. He has lot of illnesses but these people didnt consider anything. No basic respect shown in this surgery.

They are sick people with very ill-mannered behaviour. Very rude and disappointing staff. I've visited about 5-6 times when I was registered there. They never missed the chance to worse their impression on me. They always talk like they are very busy, and a patient with an appointment is wasting their time. Why don't they understand that they get their pay from "OUR" tax. They are working for "US". The government has hired them for "US". If we don't go there, they don't have any sense to have a job at this place. Vert very disappointed.
