Please believe to all bad reviews.they dont know how to speak to customers and the lady is very unprofessional . There are others hairdressers on king street . Very very bad the owner is very rude does not how to speak to customers. Glad I found out she is like this .she charges you more

I got my keratin treatment done in this salon and it completely ruined my hair because wrong chemicals were used in the process. The lady was the owner herself, she was very unprofessional, kept rushing during my treatment, did not give me enough attention and kept saying my hair came out rough because I had coloured them. She didnt even give me any advice before my treatment. My hair became much more brittle, rough and I started having hair fall and I couldnt even comb them properly. Afterwards, she did not apologise or anything and just said it was a proper hair treatment. However, wrong chemicals were used on my hair. She did not refund me or accepted her mistake. Please do not get your hair treatments done at this salon. The owner is only after the money and doesnt care if someones hair or body gets ruined. Services: Blowouts, Keratin treatments

Visage is the worst place to go, few months ago I got my face waxed and they burnt my face. The customer service was disgusting, as I reported the incident, they didn't apologise, no investigation and I wastill told use Sudo cream. They also gave me a bold patch on my forehead and I was unable to go anywhere. I don't want any customer to experience what I have and suggest no treatment is done from them.
