Having been let down by a few agents previously i am very please with the professional service I have received via Assett. I let my property through Asset Housing and feel in safe hands. They have dealt with maintenance issues quickly and effectively and best of all took care of all the admin and Paid the rent on Time!! These guys are not cowboys. Highly Recommended.

Having been done over a couple of grand by previous agents my family and I were very reluctant to take on another with as much trust as we had instilled in the first. My wife was particularly apprehensive as we knew even less about Asset Housing given a friend had recommended them through receiving word from a colleague hed explained our situation to. Rightfully so, I proceeded to make contact with caution; in all honesty I wasnt in the greatest position and am a firm believer in risk & reward. I can assure you the rewards reaped from that very risk have been nothing short of miraculous for our family! From our first meeting to our most recent with the kind folk at Asset Housing weve experienced a healthy balance of transparency and result, exhibiting a duty of care beyond measure but ultimately matching words with visible action. I thank them most for the flexibility in which theyve operated with in overstanding our inconveniencing circumstances, meeting us halfway and helping us realise a better future. As excited as I am writing this today, Im even more excited to know Ill be in safe hands for many years to come inconsequentially allowing my family and I to plan ahead with an assured certainty.
