West and East Ltd - Southall

We have had and are still having a bad experience with this company. They demonstrated a lack of care and skill throughout. They had to repeat work multiple times; installing coping stones 4 times, and guttering twice. It was so bad we had to provide guidance throughout. We have not paid for the work (yet) as during the work the company damaged 2 very expensive glass roof panes. The repairs quoted are higher than the job originally commissioned. It has been 5 weeks since the damage was reported and still no resolution. We have approved several glazing companies for them to use but only 1 has visited the property, neglected to measure, and has not returned.

Commissioned West and East Ltd to replace coping stones, and leadwork, and to repair the guttering. Had to install the coping stones 4 times, and the guttering twice, due to a lack of skill and competence. It was so bad we had to provide guidance to West and East Ltd throughout the work, including drawing pictures and providing string to lay coping stones in the centre of the wall. Not paid for the work commissioned (yet) as the West and East Ltdemployees damaged two glass panes. Repairs quoted are higher than the job originally commissioned. Awaiting resolution from West and East Ltd for the repairs almost a month after reporting the damage.
