        I have been going to Optical World for years. The receptionist and staff were very professional, polite and helpful especially when I needed help finding the right frames and I did end up finding the right one so thank you. Really great customer service and I would definitely recommend Optical world to anyone.

        They always gives their best. I register with them 10years amazing. Doctors and staff treated us friendly. My children love to go the check every time. Thank you so much to optical world southall.

        I won't recommend this clinic at all. My husband got his eyes tested here last year and they changed his power drastically compare to previous old power. Recently, he got his eyes tested again from a different place and they said that his current glasses power (provided by optical world) is incorrect and his old power is only slightly change. He was using the wrong power glass for almost a year.
