Was visiting London from Australia and needed new skins for my dhol. The staff there were very polite and helpful in working out size and specifications and the interest was on me getting the right product and knowing how to apply it properly rather than upselling.

I spent the better half of the day in the store picking between several different harmoniums. I was met with kindness, patience, and care. Their knowledge of the instruments and willingness to teach me about the instrument was amazing. I finally made a decision on the harmonium that i wanted and am so happy. Thank you so much. I am so excited to have this beautiful piece of music in my life.

Very good customer services, quick delivery and strong packaging, help with instructions how to use and set up the harmonium, quick answers by aplication WhatsApp. I bought harmonium, nice sound... I recommend this shop. Thank you.

Let me tell you this: You wont find a better harmonium at this price in the US (you get Paul quality but at a better price!) The finishing is beautiful, the construction quality is amazing and solid. The sound is melodious and musical. You cant go wrong with this. I was scared to ship a delicate item from overseas (London to US) but the packaging was incredible. It came well protected in a wooden crate. The store was really communicate and kept me informed on each step of the process, sending me videos and instructions. Please understand Preparing the order can take some days as the harmoniums are manually inspected, tuned and prepared before shipping. Definitely buying more from them in the future.
