Poor service. Went to print a document in my usb Just to put the usb in computer he charged me 1 pound and he said it's computer charge

Absolutely poor customer service. I walked in the shop for the first time on 13.07.20 @ 14:15 - 14:22 for the purpose of printing a single page coloured official document. The counter representative failed to produce a document outlining discarding of my sensitive document or how it is to be handled, after I enquired about his statement, "send it to my email I'll print it off". Incompetent! I was charged 2 to make a single print document. 0.50 for gloves, 1 for a 2 mins use, 0.50 for the paper. I did not agreed to buy the gloves Mr! Apparently, "could I just borrow gloves instead?" Turned into a purchase of gloves. Poor Listening Skills! & I felt Scammed! I agree that there were signs posted but they were very unclear & invisible to customers walking in and I was NOT told a total price before using the service. I was assumed to expect I was going to be charged, not knowing how much. Poor Communication! I retained my receipt as proof As a whole I will never visit, reccommend or even spear a look at the shop again unless the above points are addressed appropriately with me!
