Hi Raj, Happy New Year! Thank you for your email and the attached documents. On behalf of my mum and myself we can't thank you, Jaspal and Ozzy enough for all the efforts and hard work in not only renovating the bathroom in the first place, but also helping in rectifying the problems we recently had. Well what can l say. We've been using J S Home lmprovements since 2009. We have been very happy with the service provided. Fast and very efficient and always on time. Jazz is a perfectionist and he will not settle down until the job on hand is done correctly and looks fab. He will also give you advice what is right and wrong and what will look good or not, but at the end of the day the choice is upto you. Jazz will also advise you where to get the best stuff at reasonable prices. Whether you are having a brand new kitchen or bathroom or even general face lift to you property. I will say one thing is that when you are thinking of the work you want done, do your homework, find out what you want, where you can get it and when they can deliver it. Once you have sorted all that when Jazz comes the work gets done alot quicker saving you time and money, cause that is what we did when we had our kitchen, bathroom and living room done. Lastly as the saying goes "WHAT YOU PAY IS WHAT YOU GET". I would say J S Home Improvements are proffesionals and reasonable. Hats off Jazz & Co.
