Unfortunately their quality and customer service is now appalling. It took far too long to arrive and when I phoned up a week later because there was no dispatch info I called over 20 times.
Each time, the lady on the phone hung up or forwarded me to a voicemail, when I tried to explain my situation, did not care at all. I called other branches who all said they couldn't help and one even said that their customer service is terrible now.
One of the branches I called said my order wasn't worth much and literally hung up on me.
I found hair baked into some of the Barfi I ordered when it arrived and looking at other recent reviews I can see the hygiene is questionable. Left a complaint but it'll probs end up where the sweets did - in the bin.
Lost a customer and won't recommend Royal Sweets.
