I had a very good experience there, had my highlights done today and my hair was all orange shade i was upset but she totally changed them I recommend this place i love it. She is very friendly and hardworking women i ever seen, staff was also very friendly. Thanks once again Roshni

I had the most horrendous experience here. The owner Rubina Malik is the rudest person Ive ever come across. ZERO business ethics. First she hired unqualified staff. 2 ladies started to wax me with no supervision (considering they were unqualified) I figured coz they definitely seemed like it. They kept teaching each other whilst doing my waxing. And one of them kept going out to ask were doing this, that. And when it came to bikini wax, the girls got scared to see the full growth. The girl went out, told Rubina right outside the room. I could hear them. And this rude lady replied tell them, you must trim before you come here like what? No one has ever asked me to do so. Infact Ive always been told by professionals not to trim before waxing. Anyway I ended up getting burnt on my bikini area and my underarms. It was all very unhygienic too. I also used hair and makeup service a couple days after. The lady turned me into a ghost, did same hairdo on almost all the clients, including the brides. Which I found really funny. And the amount of teasing the hair was disastrous. Never went back there. Never plan on going back. Services: Makeup services, Hairstyling, Body waxing
