13/07/2022 @14:30 the asian old lady at reception with glass was extremely rude and discriminating. Very rudely spoke with me. I just gave my register form and that lady made to very rude and abusing. She is discriminating and didnt tell me her name. You stupid lady need to know that you are there to help not to behave bad with new comer service users. You get paid because of us. May god teach you good in life.

Very unprofessional staff and don't have a clue how to talk to the customers speaks very rudely and never try to help, I have requested to re-reffer my daughter to Ealing hospital - Moorfields where she was discharged due to no show and you know what, doc has referred her to hillingdon hospital instead, he doesn't even bother to look at her history. Very unprofessional I don't know how he is practicing here and when I called the reception and told them to ask doctor to get it sorted they simply asked me to book an appointment which isn't available at all for the next 3 weeks. Very bad experience and not happy at all so please avoid coming to this GP, I'm looking to registered elsewhere
