My brother is the regular customer of pepes in southall. But the other day he went to eat chicken rice , that day he found the rice very dry , so he told the service guy at the counter about the dry rice and The service guy insulted my brother infront of many other customer saying do you want me to put oil in the rice and give you and the service guy looked at his colleague and started giggling with each other.. very bad experience he had that day. The staff should know how to respect their customers.

Absolutely disappointed, pepes around other areas serve amazing rice boxes however this particular store totally let me down. The rice box was unbelievably disappointing. No flavour or colour whatsoever.

Very bad experience yesterday night at southall pepe peri peri..My Friend was insulted in front of other customers by the management team working in just because he told them the rice is very dry and dont feel like eating,instead of being helpful this crooks working in made fun of him.very bad customer service..
