Staff is very rude to patients, i called in morning for an appointment, i needed the medicine in emergency and to meet the doctor, the lady said that i have to request to them. And treat me with rudeness

This gp is the worst I have been to. I had a really serious breathing problem and I called the surgery and to get my regular medication an inhaler as I have asthma and he hang up the phone . I was very shocked because I have never ever seen like this doctors They are not doing their job right. They have done this more than once which is not OK.i think the patients and Government needs whaching out I meant what's the name of Gp or family doctors mean if he doesn't look after his patients im still really really shocked

For 4 days I called every morning for an appointment and she always says call tomorrow, call tomorrow, and in the end the lady at the Reception spoke to me very rudely and said that there are no places for you. They are very careless about patients!

My mum has been with this surgery as it is local for years. I have never dealy with such incompetent Drs/staff. Constantly chasing referrals and paperwork. Please avoid! Sometimes it is worth the longer journey to see a good Dr!
