As a continuing member, the matchmakers have exceeded my customer service expectations; presenting matches based on my requirements, discussing potential matches beforehand and connecting me with likeminded persons. Approachable and fair in my experience offering up guidance, feedback and open dialogue when needed. I am extremely disappointed with the service that has been provided for my daughters. Initially, we were asked to complete a standard form from which suiters were supposed to be matched and then sent. The suiters profiles that were sent to my daughters did not match my daughters application forms. Regardless, my daughters still upheld the traditional ways of the company and met with the suiters only to be disappointed in the companys choices. I question whether the company employees read and understood the contents in the profiles before thinking of sending their suiters. The company did very little in my humble opinion to understand the requirements of my daughters. Had they taken the time to talk to them, they would have had a better insight into what they wanted. Similarly, I question the companys outdated processes. For example, why insist on my daughters meeting someone without seeing their profile photo? Are we still stuck in the 1980s? The company were sent regular emails and were told on some occasions that if there were no matches, that we be told and therefore we could go ahead and end our membership and request a refund of the rest of the remaining time with the company. Instead, terms and conditions were thrown on our faces and blame was put on my daughters for not connecting. So, families of the 21st century please be aware that before you decide to join this institution, be prepared to fill out a standard form and submit your hard-earned money for becoming a member for only a year to get only disappointment in return. I am amazed to read thus far the so-called positive reviews for this company only if they were true?
