No sense of how to treat customers.. very rude behavior.. item cost are charged more. Doesn't provide itemized bill. Overall one of the worst grocers in Southall. Will never step my foot inside this store again.

Staff are utterly ignorant of assistance dog law. For your information, thee are assistance dogs that are not guide dogs. The same law protects all assitance dogs, not only guide dogs. You have the obligation to not discriminate assistance dog owners just because they are not visually impaired. Educate yourselves or face the legal consequences. Shouting at assistance dog owners that with ridiculous reasons like "because there is food in the premises" shows how ignorant you are about what an assistance dog is. Assistance dogs enter hospitals, dental clinics, restaurants, airports, offices. Just educate yourself please.

Got the cash and carry late the staff was amazing even though they were getting ready to close! I had to wait for my lift who couldnt get there for another 20mins or so and the man at the gate was amazing he kept asking if I was ok or needed anything! This is just a big thank you for him making me feel safe in an area Im not familiar with. Will definitely be back here

Yes the place is very well stocked and people can find anything most of all the house stuff department but please CLEAN UP , this place is a scandal. I can really feel dust under my shoes , went twice and never saw anyone cleaning. I only bought incence and house stuff but never food because it doesnt seem safe to buy most of all fruit and veg outiside are terribly rotten ! Sorry will stick to Quality Foods next door !
