Fair price, easy to schedule delivery, a lot of options, and a delicious cake. Great experience and would order again.

Easily the most stressful part of all the party arrangements. My order made it clear the cake was needed on 28th April and I was given a slot for collection at Westfield from 5pm. It did not arrive until 8.30pm; as a result, I was late turning up for the birthday event with the cake. The Assistant seemed totally unconcerned or apologetic - she seemed to think that because I had received a WhatsApp about the delay that made it all right! That message wasn't sent until 4.44pm and said it would be there at 7.30pm. No apology. They had no carrier bags to fit the cake boxes (which are large, not very robust and awkward to carry); I had to catch 2 trains and walk holding a large, heavy cake box in front of me. The website asks if you would like a message "on" the cake. Not only was it not on the cake but it wasn't even iced on. It was hand written with silver pen on a piece of icing on the base. Looked cheap and hurried. The cake itself was just ok - overly sweet. Not one guest said they liked it and hardly anyone finished their piece. Definitely over-priced for a very simple cake.

I'm impressed with Caker Street cake service, it arrive on time a day before my son first Birthday Party. It was exactly how I wanted the cake to be. It was eggless and moist cake. Very tasty and worth the price of it. Thank you caker street

AWFUL! DO NOT USE!! The delivery by APC has been a joke and when the cake finally arrived its damaged and can't be used (as shown in photos). You would expect an online cake company to be able to safely transport a cake otherwise what is the point?!?
