        Disappointed with lack of attention to details not only did they badly write the birthday name, (mis-spelling it) but also left a nice piece of what I can only describe as cellophane its been over a week since I complained and no response. If you want a trust worthy baker go somewhere else (nearby) Ive never had any such problems with the same franchise elsewhere or other bakers nearby. I feel this is more of a production line setup and they dont care to much of they stumble or ruin someones birthday / celebration.
