        Waste of time, nothing works. Staff stand around doing nothing, and they look like they are lost .

        Poor Customer Service, they dont know how to deal with customer. On call they schedule appointments and waste customers time and when a person reach there then they will say that we cant open account. They even dont have proper excuse to waste someones time.

        I visited Barclays bank today and the one of staff member was very very very very nice and helpful.I actually forget his full name but his name was like sid something.He guides me very well.I really appreciate his service and his way of talking was very polite.
