        Igor Stoklosa was brilliant last few days I needed help with managing my account and he helped me with ease and also double checked everything properly with me before managing my transactions. He was professional and extremely trustworthy. Thank you to Igor who is a great credit to the Santander Southall team! In the past Sarabjit was very professional and knowledgeable she upgraded my ISA and ensured I was getting the best deal even though I only went to print a statement for one of my accounts. Great service from both keep up the good work .

        Went in there this afternoon as my cc had been declined. I believe the young, pleasant gentleman was the manager, if not he should be. I was greeted with a huge smile and my problem was dealt with swiftly. Thank you for being extremely kind and most helpful.

        I went southall branch there staff they are very lazy they don't know how to speak with customer. Very bad service. I tryed to open online bank account its something wrong with that I can't open my account I was called to agent they told me you can go any branch they will sort out for you when I went southall branch they told me they can't do anything. Very bad experience. All Asian staff they don't want help.
