Recently changed from another pharmacy for repeat medication. No problems at all,always helpful.

I can honestly say i have never had a problem at this pharmacy, ive never had a prescription go missing, the staff have when they needed to gone out of their way to help when the doctors made a mistake and i needed my prescription quickly. I have however on numerous occasions witnessed the staff being spoken to by customers in an absolutley disgusting manner and i think i would struggle to maintain a cheery disposition all day if i was subjected to that kind of treatment and abuse as regularly as they do.

Used it to post a dpd parcel. Absolutely unimpressed. No labels. Would not take the parcel as it was over 10 kg. Pathetic.

Service is not as good as it used to be. For prescriptions, from placing a repeat request with the GP to it being ready for collection used to be around 2 working days. Now it's upwards of a week. I was often told, "the order is likely in 'The Hub', come back after 4pm tomorrow. In other cases, a prescription for vitamin D3 has been impossible for them to get for a couple of months. They cite their supplier. I found the exact product at LIDL... The shelves are not particularly well stocked. However. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Due to the above ongoing issues, I have now changed my preferred pharmacy locally.
