I have been fortunate enough to have Phil testing my sight, offering advice and taking an interest in me as a customer for approximately 20 years. As I no longer live and work in the area I have needed to find a new optician. However I would like to thank Phil and his staff for being professional, helpful and efficient during my time as a customer. I would recommend this practice to anybody looking to find an optician. Once again what a fantastic high level of service & professionalism from one the best ophthalmic opticians in Essex especially in these difficult Covid times. I had reason to get my Silhouette frames adjusted due to slight wear issues and Jonathan not only corrected then like new but as always with Duffield & Duffield there was no charge, its all part of their fantastic high level of service.
