        Just because your staff are there for several hours doesn't mean customers want to be. I was only second in the queue, but you had one member of staff serving, whilst one was making a personal (but all too loud) phonecall. The lady (Irishka I believe) was faffing around on the till showing no urgency at all. I eventually get called to the till for her to go and rehang an item of clothing. I eventually and begrudgingly got served. Seriously, some retraining is desperately needed!

        The staff in here are lovely and always helpful and friendly. The range is good and the store is laid out very well, gives you the feeling of being in a clothing store rather than a supermarket. Home and wear section is very nice also. Good value for money
