        Having the delivery office open for two hours a day during the week is of no use to me and causes nothing but inconvenience. It was bad enough when it was only open until 12.

        Their Postman are useless, keep failing my deliveries for no reason at all. I have watched him sat in his van at the end of our drive on numerous occasions before driving off only to then see delivery failed due to unaccessable driveway or front door. Notes left on previous occasions stating there is a package left in a safe place, only to ring up to find out that again they have failed delivery, what makes matters worse is that the actual post office itself is only operating / opening for 1/2 hours a day.
