        Called just after 8am to get an appointment, told was number 1 in the queue, 25 minutes later, still number 1 in the queue. Did not get through on phone, had to go to surgery to get an appointment.

        Good surgery. Have two young children. Always get appointment when urgent. Waiting time on call is long, but dont know a surgery that isnt. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

        I came over to see my daughter who has been unwell and needed a certificate for work so tried to call the surgery for her. I phoned at 11.43am and was 4th in the queue and after 1 hour 40 mins still hadn't got through so went in to be told they were closed this afternoon! No apology, and website says open until 6 30pm. Totally unacceptable
