        The service given by this company is second to none, and the call-out technician's assistance was amazing, what he didn't know wasn't worth knowing, would have added more *** if I could.

        Excellent service and competitive prices. Took an old laptop in that was performing poorly (incredibly slow) after an initial consultation it turns out the hard disk needed replacing. Good explanations and quick turnaround meant that when I got it back it was performing as good as new. Friendly staff, and all data was left in tact too.

        Took laptop in for a mechanical repair, did this OK but they just had to fiddle with the operating system and wrecked it. No reason to do this. Took Windows 11 out of "S" mode, which cannot be put back into "S" mode. Very amateur outfit. Must have let a kid loose on it. Very poor.
