Excellent company. Fast response to sort out issues, when my computer and printer suddenly stopped working. Straight talking easy to understand explanations, also patience with a technical novice like me was great! Very fair pricing and after the fix a follow up phone call to check is everything was working after a couple of days. Hi David, it was not so difficult to contact you virtually as you were the first contact through "Computer Repair Man" services online. You were definitely prompt in replying to my concern and booking an appointment almost immediately despite a busy schedule. I really appreciated that as my laptop showed up a sign saying critical error and I really thought I would lose all my data. You were punctual, infact at the door before the dot and very pleasant to deal with. I really found your services very smooth and efficient and mannerisms very friendly. You kept my laptop over a day and finished all areas of concern, keeping my data safe and intact. I can't praise David highly enough. He's rescued us twice now - once for with daughter's laptop and most recently with mine. He responded quickly, came to the house within a few hours, fixed the problems and suggested and performed other improvements. In my particular case, with a laptop that had completely died, he was able to transfer everything over to a new laptop (and gave great advice on which one to get, that saved me hundreds of pounds), so that the following day I had a new laptop that was in exactly the same state as the old one before it died - including the same tabs open in my browser. Amazing work. In my daughter's case something had gone wrong with her trackpad - he fixed that very quickly and spent the remainder of the hour fixing things so that her laptop ran miles faster than it had been doing. My daughter was extremely pleased with that. Very reasonable rates too, given the level of service he's providing. Thanks very much, David.
