I seldom post reviews, but was hugely impressed by Simon's swift and efficient service at a superbly competitive price, and so happily offer one based on my experience. Polite, efficient and pragmatic, Simon communicated consistently and simply throughout. His work rate and quality are of the highest order, and he powered through a longish list of domestic fixes and installations to a fantastic standard. Thorough, safe, top-quality installation and a great communicator; Unreservedly recommended.

Simon came to change our consumer unit and fit a new EV charging point at my mother's house. He was very responsive to phone calls and messages and managed to fit us in at short notice despite a busy diary. He was honest and professional and I was really impressed with the quality of his work. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tidal again next time we need an electrician. Thank you! Tidal Electrical is most highly recommended! Simon designed and installed a bespoke electrical solution to a one of a kind new build, giving technical input, sourcing materials and advising on design, managing the project from start to finish. The project involved linking into the existing power infrastructure, installing new mains cables over a a long distance both internally and externally and installation of a complete wiring and lighting system with multiple auxiliaries. Simon is courteous, punctual and highly proficient, working to a very high standard, completing a challenging and technical project most satisfactorily. His can-do approach and solid technical expertise set him apart. It is difficult to overstate how much I appreciated Simon's attention to detail, clean working environment and professionalism.
