        Kirstys refresher hypnobirthing course helped me so much with keeping calm and birthing the way I wanted during my surprise extremely fast early labour with Stanley! No matter what your ideal birth choices are, I recommend all mums to be practice hypnobirthing as it so helps with your mindset and dealing with all the curveballs that labour and birth throws your way
