    I employed Kevyn & Rick to install electric underfloor heating to my new build property, spread across 2 zones. First of all I received a video from my flooring contractor showing that the cable had been inadequately secured to floor and was floating to the top of the screed. Secondly one zone is unable to heat more than 2 degrees. After looking at the finished photos provided by Kevyn I worked out that not enough cable was laid. I did this by dividing the runs of cable by the width of the room. The average gap for the zone not heating adequately was 18cm. And finally, on top of this both thermostats installed are not the ones I requested and paid for. I have tried to sort this out with Kevyn and thought we were getting somewhere but when pressing him to confirm everything by email and to provide the thermostats as soon as possible he decided to no longer reply to emails, not answering the phone, not calling back when said he would and general delay tactics. He told me the thermostats would be replaced over 3 weeks ago, which is why I want them as soon as possible. The last conversation I had with Kevyn, he put the phone down on me and sent me a text saying see you in court. I have tried ringing the office number that is on the website but the number is no longer recognised.

    I was very pleased with the service provided. He came out promptly and provided an electrical safety inspection, he then came back the very next day to do the upgrades necessary to bring the wiring up to modern standards. I will definitely be using him again.
