        Came over to quote on a job, were quite informative and when the guy left we were hoping to go with this company as we trusted the guy that visited. They said theyd provide a quote but then went on to just completely ignore us, randomly messaging every so often to say they will quote and then just didnt. Its now a few months later and theyve just completely wasted our time waiting for a quote. At least have the decency to let us know you dont want the job

        AS Chimney Sweeps tried to sell me a flue liner that I didn't need or want. When I pushed back the only explanation was that they like to do a 'proper job'. Proper rip off more like. No other installers tried this on when quoting for the job. They also ghosted me for 2-3 months and in the end Corinne hung up on me mid-sentence. Great outcome for me though; Forest Barn did the job I wanted in a polite and professional manner at a reasonable price.
