Rooms: Very modern room with everything you needed, small personal touches made it more special Food & drinks: We had a lovely breakfast which was included in the price, you name it , the kitchen had it, even a poacher for the microwave which we gladly used , along with tinned tomatoes , amazing breakfast, very homely. Can't wait to return

Perfect location. We were visiting family in a nearby village so location was perfect. Very quiet and picturesque. The friendly host Warren was there to meet us and gave us a mini tour and a recommendation for a pub lunch just 5 minute drive. We had a double room. Spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Nice bathroom with great shower and lots of hot water. There was a breakfast room where you could help yourself from a selection of cereals eggs meats jams etc. you could even buy some of the homemade varieties. There was a pinboard with menus for takeaways which you could order to be delivered and a fridge for guests requirements. Now we have found this place we will be staying again.
