Kingston Blinds

I have contacted this company on a number of occasions requesting assistance with Vertical Blinds. We are repeat customers who bought from this company some years ago. OMG how times have changed!!!! The customer service is none existent. I called and they have told me they would contact us back with no reply. No reply to email and I have completed the contact sheet online and it states 'error can't send' Absolutely useless!!!!!

I order replacement slats from this company as I previously purchased my original slats from them and once again I received excellent customer service I would recommend them to all my friends and family

Waited over two weeks for a quote and didn't get one. Visited by Colin and explained to him we wanted an awning cloth changed. He said some fabrics were out of stock or had a long wait time. I asked him to see what he could do and was told to leave it with him. A week later I emailed him asking for an update... no response to that so left it another week. Spoke to him and was told he forgot as he was so busy last week, even though I emailed the week before that too. Lost two weeks now so thanks for that

placed an order with Kingston Blinds in Feb 21,Was sent a message that my blind would be delivered 24th Mar,It is now 8th May,Still no blind,Had to go a local supplier,had it done and fitted in 3 days, Avoid Kingston Blinds
