Customer service is brilliant, they always find the right paint and colour for you but be very careful and check twice how much you pay for each product you buying. There is no price listed on any product, even though it should be by law. The price is determined by the seller according to the current mood and according to whether he has fulfilled his monthly plan, so it is common that on one day you pay completely different prices for the same product every time you visit, even by 10-15. Alternatively, you will be charged more than 20 for something that costs 6-7 everywhere else!!!! It's not the first time it's happened to me here, and it's common in all Johnston's stores and one of their salespeople confirmed it to me that the final price depends on each seller.

Pauls' customer service is just OUTSTANDING, such a nice humble helpful man. I drive from Carshalton to go to this shop, because I know I will get what I need.
