I've been an ongoing customer at Memories Twickenham for about a year now. I've used them for birthdays, Halloween, Christmas and Valentines. There's a wide variety of choices from the shop but what I appreciate the most is the customer service from the team. They're incredibly friendly, welcoming and quick. I have just used them again today (14.02.2023) to purchase 3x Valentines balloons for my kids. As always, the team were lovely and accommodating. There is competitor shop just a few doors down but I had explained to Memories that I am not particularly fond of this competitor store due to their rudeness and the bad experience in the past. My business will always stay with Memories for my balloon purchases.

Our company have been going to Paras and the team for years now and he never disappoints - no matter how 'out there' and crazy the idea is. The balloon displays he creates are always the star of the show at every event we put on and for smaller more personal creations you can tell just as much thought goes into them.
