        This place is a con. 30 for a quote, piece of paper telling me what I told them. Price was rediculous too. Avoid avoid avoid. Report to Trading Standards

        I took my laptop in and gave them my mobile number but explained I am hearing impaired so they needed to text me, not ring me and they made a note. The next day they rang me. And left a message when I didnt answer the phone! I went back to the shop and reiterated there was no point them ringing me and to please text. That afternoon they rang me again, and left another message. Really poor customer service. If they werent half way through the repairs I would take my laptop elsewhere. And I just know theyre going to ring me when its ready to collect.
