Very pleased with this store in all respects, from start to finish. The two managers here have decades (really!) of experience in this business and provide first class advice. Although Im generally a confirmed online buyer I found this store a much better option - the range is excellent, prices are good, the advice given is very valuable and service is first class through the whole process. Examples of service: the manager calculated my carpet layout to minimize my cost; ancillary items are available in the store; the stores own fitters are true professionals and very nice chaps. In summary in an age when we see mediocrity all around us, it is a pleasure to shop in this store and get a sense of real professionalism.

We have used Carpet Mart Twickenham since I first discovered them about 8 years ago, and they have been brilliant every time, with a quick turn around when we needed it. The staff are very helpful and friendly, as are the fitters, also very accommodating when we had to change the fitting date, and excellent job done on each occasion. Good quality carpets and underlay. Thoroughly recommend.
