I have lived in that place with my fiancee for 1 year. After 1 year of residing there, and without knowing/being affiliated with the landlord prior to my staying there, I have to confess the following with no exaggeration: 1. You will hardly find a better landlord than Tony. The guy cares for his rooms and you can tell by observing every single room he owns. He will be at your side IMMEDIATELY for any issue you have. The guy worked hard in his life to make this property, did not make it by winning the national lottery.He and his technicians are ready to assist you anytime. Its very important to have an owner who knows how to fix things and not relying totally on experts. 2. Every room has an excellent decoration and great furniture which are greatly preserved. Its due to the fact that the landlord is very able to observe the character and the kind of people he is gonna deal with, and he tries to chose people of an upper level in terms of their behavior and their treatment toward his property. This clearly benefits the welfare of all residents. 3. Every room has everything you would need. Appliances of high quality, excellent bathrooms, great little kitchen, freezer, everything. 4. Tony is not a "cheap" individual in terms of spending for the welfare of his tenants, so you would expect to be warm in the winter. Its a given fact cause I experienced it. 5. Unquestionably the best views in London. 6. How many can claim that they live next to a golf court? At a quite neighborhood? 1 minute walk from a train station? with shops in 30 seconds of distance? 5 minutes away from Twickenham river with its great views and 15 minutes far from Richmond? (oh my God...was that Brad Pitt that just passed me by?)The amount of rent is certainly not cheap, but its very normal for the amenities and luxuries it provides. Very reasonable price. My review is COMPLETELY OBJECTIVE for this very simple reason: 2 months before I move to another place, I had an argument with the landlord and it was me to be blamed. I must confess it. I was kicked because of my rather unstable attitude(not a nutter, a good man but I was more on the loud side). Plus, job hunting did not go so well and when you have so much education and degrees, speak foreign languages and London just seems to have no opportunity for you, you becomes rather frustrated. Nevertheless, It was my fault. That means that I could come up with so many bad things to say. But I chose to be just, objective and gentleman towards him as he was towards me. Tony?
