        James was superb. Really seemed to care that we had boiler failure on a cold night with people to visit. Came first thing in morning to diagnose problem and back asap to fit new fan. Nice guy, honest service. Highly recommend.

        James fixed my hot water cylinder in no time after the thermostat gave up. He's professional, polite and in the end he charged me less than what was quoted since he found a cheaper replacement part. Can't ask for better, strongly recommended!

        When messed around by my boiler insurance company, James totally saved the day. First class service, very respectful and he sorted out the problem really fast even though there were awkward places to navigate and old parts to order. I will definitely be calling on his services again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
