I'm a nervous patient and was dreading my treatment, but I have to say Paul and his skilled team were so good and looked after me so well. Taking the time to go through each process as it happened, and if I wasn't comfortable they gave me time to prepare myself. I'll never look forward to a dental appointment but I would certainly recommend the professional competency & first class service. Thank you

Absolutely awful experience. The dentist is a misogynistic tragedy and utterly unprofessional. He gave me a hugely inflated quote and became aggressive when I questioned him about it, finally giving a 5% discount. However, he then wouldn't commit to this in writing, or the fact that he had said that any extra work would incur no further costs. When I pushed for this he called me with a very hostile tone, wouldn't allow me to speak (!) and told me he was dropping my case as I had dared to ask him to write me an email. On top of this he was extremely unflattering towards his other patients, swore profusely during my appointment and reeked of desperation, telling me how 'hot' he had been in his youth. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely lovely people that cannot do enough for you they really do look after you and make you feel at ease. Such a friendly and calm environment. I've visited the strawberry hill dentist over many years and had veneers fitted over 15 years ago and they still look like they were just fitted. I have highly recommend this surgery to many friends who have also been happy with their results whether it was cosmetic or just general dental treatment. Thank you paul and sue.
