Im very impressed with the quality of the work, and service. Behnam went above and beyond whats expected to help me and give me advice. I had checked a few other places before I found him and can confidently say that he offers excellent value for the quality of the service he provides. His work is truly impressive; my rugs were damaged and faded but Behnam has now restored them, both in value and beauty. In fact, his repair work is so impeccable, I honestly cant find the area that has been repaired! In addition to being a master at his job he is extremely professional and helpful. We contacted them from their website. Once we called them we have been told they could pick up the area rug right away. He was very polite when he came over. Told us how the process would work, showed us how in detail and when it will be ready. Price was reasonable as well. Just as promised we got a message that it was ready and he delivered within 2 hours. Carpet was clean and nice. Will definitely use them again after our next move to clean again. Thank you.
